Today are third years my website anniversary. This website I build and set up by myself, and its took several months to complete. It's not easy..... as people said especially writing a content and gather all information about Kuala Lumpur and beyond. The hosting and the domain for this website, I got its free for one year, fully sponsor by Exabytes (hosting company base in Malaysia). Thank you Exabytes especially your support department that so patient and respond very prompt, whenever I am stuck. The main reason I set up this blog is to give the opportunities for my guest get to know me personally and how I conduct the tour before hiring me and also to share the latest information about Kuala Lumpur.

Before I involve in tourism industry I worked as Restaurant Manager for 12 years. It’s very hectic and stress job, also I have works very long hours. Few times happen, I sleep with my uniform due to, I am too tired. Some people said I waste my time for 12 years in restaurant industry but for me that is the best platform for me to learn to be passion toward customer orientated. All this 12 year experienced in the service industry, I won’t get in the university or text books and all this experience, I apply it when touring. Most all my travel packages, very intensive tour whereby more places in the itinerary to give more value for every penny you pay.

Every people have different expectation, impossible for me to satisfied everyone, even I put more than 1000% effort I might be able only to satisfied 60% my guest expectation. Its very important for me if my guest can communicate with me when they doing a tour. Don’t shy talk to me, you can ask and share anything with me.
