This annual event started about 4 years ago has been attract about 12 countries including from Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Poland and the United States. About 25 ballon will adorn the Putrajaya sky on the event.

Description
Putrajaya situated about 30km from Kuala Lumpur is Malaysian Goverment Administration Center covering about 11320 acres bought from Selangor state in 1990. The 20 years project started in 1995 and expected fully complete by 2015.
